Shipping & returns
TrendGO ships most products from own stock. If you order and pay before 17.00 hours, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, your order will be dispatched the same day. In most cases you’ll receive it the next day.
When placing an order you can choose from several shipping methods. Based on the number of products and the total weight the webshop automatically takes the appropriate shipping methods and shows the price for the shipment.
A defective product can be returned within 1 year. We will swap the product for another one or we will offer you an equivalent alternative product.
The warranty is not valid if there is moisture, fall damage, other external forces and/or damage caused by incorrect assembly.
Important!:
-Incorrectly ordered items can not be returned.
-Samsung LCD displays without service pack are not accepted
To return a product you have to make a RMA in your account.
After logging in, go to "My orders" and then “View’ to open the order.
Click on the button "Return item(s)" below the order overview and select the item you want to return and select your reason.
Then select the desired return action.
If you need, you can describe the problem with more detail in the comment box and finally click on “Send”.
Wait for a response from our employees. You will be informed by e-mail concerning the progress of the return status.
